CHAI: Crafted entirely from ingredients sourced from Big Island and Oahu. Their chai is a deliciously aromatic blend made with "what get." Masala Chai, the popular drink originated in India, is typically very regional. Chaiwallas use ingredients that are available near them to craft region specific tastes and we adopt that same method.
HIBISCUS: Their hibiscus flowers grow in nutrient rich soil and are processed entirely by hand. The gentle handling of this plant gives it a bright red color.
BUTTERFLY PEA: Their butterfly pea flowers grow in nutrient rich soil and are processed entirely by hand. The gentle handling of this plant gives it a soft touch and vibrant, royal blue shade.
OOLONG: The word oolong loosely translates to "dragon." Oolong teas have their own unique characteristics that set them apart from black tea. Oolong teas that have lower oxidation levels typically have lower caffeine levels, while a highly oxidized oolong will have higher caffeine levels.
