Masala Chai, the popular drink originated in India, is typically very regional. Chaiwallas use ingredients that are available near them to craft region specific tastes & we adopt that same method.
HIBISCUS: Their hibicus flowers grow in nutrient rich soil, and are processed entirely by hand. The gentle handling of this plant gives it a bright red color.
BUTTERFLY PEA: Their butterfly pea flowers grow in nutrient rich soil, and are processed entirely by hand. The gentle handling of this plant gives it a soft touch and vibrant, royal blue shade.
