Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic orders are all orders shipped within the United States of America.

All Products are shipped via USPS, and shipping costs are determined by product weight, dimensions, and destination.

Our apprentices ship orders weekly on Wednesdays, shipping times will vary based on your location.  Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days to process your shipment.  Estimated shipping times within Hawaii (1-2 business days) and to the US Mainland (3-5 business days) may vary.

Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Shop YWCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
