Refund policy

RETURNS
ShopYWCA.com accepts returns up to 15 days after the date of delivery for unused and unworn merchandise with receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on pre-loved merchandise or gift cards.

Returns are accepted for items with undisclosed damage, items incorrectly shipped, or if an item is not as described. 
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

A Return authorization number is needed to return merchandise.

Returns are accepted by mail only and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
All refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.  

Please allow up to 15 business days from date of delivery to process and issue a refund. All refunds will not include the original shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for pre-loved items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
