Founded by visionary entrepreneur June Dillinger, Heart Cards Global LLC is dedicated to creating tools that promote self-discovery and meaningful relationships. The company’s signature product—a deck of 51 affirming cards and 9 dynamic activities—helps individuals and groups engage in deeper personal reflection and fosters authentic connections. These cards serve as powerful tools for corporate DEIB initiatives, coaching, and personal development, offering an effective way to bridge loneliness and build empathy.
The cards are versatile and easy to use—people can randomly select a card each day for a self-affirmation, or they can follow guided activities and games that June has developed to deepen reflection and create meaningful conversations. Whether used for personal growth or in group settings, the cards provide a practical tool for fostering empathy and connection.
Launched in July 2021 and based in Hawaii, Heart Cards Global is making waves locally and globally through workshops, conferences, and direct sales. As the company looks to expand its reach, June is focused on enhancing the digital presence and developing customized decks for specific demographics. “My vision is to see Heart Card Facilitators around the world, making love visible and transforming lives with just the turn of a card,” June shares.
The company’s mission stems from the desire to address the disconnection many people feel today. By encouraging individuals to explore their inner selves and share their journeys, Heart Cards creates spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
June’s journey with YWCA O‘ahu began when she participated in a pitch contest. Although she didn’t win, the experience opened new doors. She connected with YWCA program managers and soon found herself sharing Heart Cards at a YWCA Shop event, attending workshops, and even modeling for the YWCA store. “It was exhilarating and fun,” June recalls, reflecting on the unexpected opportunities that came her way.
Looking ahead, Heart Cards Global is actively seeking partnerships and funding to bring its mission to new markets. By offering tools that promote empathy and connection, the company aims to make a positive impact in both personal and professional spaces. June envisions the cards being used in conferences, schools, and homes, wherever meaningful relationships can be nurtured.
For women in business, June offers a piece of advice that speaks to her core values: “It’s in the way you serve, that your greatness will be felt.” Through service and connection, she believes, anyone can make a lasting and positive impact on the world.
