How to put in our Live in Hoops:
1. Open the hoop by gently pulling it apart and twisting one side away from the other
2. Place the thinner side horizontally on the front of your lobe & the open side on the back side of your lobe
3. Insert the thinner side into your piercing lightly twist the earring so the thinner end meets the other
4. Now you can wear them sleeping, swimming, and live in them comfortably 24/7
Tips: If you are having trouble, try putting them in backward where the thinner side goes into the back of your ear and attach it at the front.
