Lokahi

Handmade paper quill art by Kepola Dudoit. Lokahi is the Hawaiian word for unity or harmony. It encapsulates the idea that we are stronger together than we are apart, embracing diversity and finding peace.

Paper quilling, also referred to as paper filigree, is a meticulous art that utilizes thin strips of paper to form larger cohesive images. Each piece of paper is manipulated through various techniques and results in a image with dimension, texture, and shadow.
