Paper quilling, also referred to as paper filigree, is a meticulous art that utilizes thin strips of paper to form larger cohesive images. Each piece of paper is manipulated through various techniques and results in an image with dimension, texture, and shadow.  Customed framed in a shadowbox frame with museum glass.
