A scene of ancient Lahaina under the phases of the moon. Moku'ula is the island home of Kamehameha III and was the capital of the Hawaiian Islands. Here we see the people planting, harvesting, fishing, celebrating births and deaths all according to the phase of the moon. These practices are still observed in Hawaii today.
